Roubenka 3, like Roubenky 1 and 2, is divided into 2 mirror-image apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has 4 beds and a sofa bed for 2 further people.

Right by Roubenka 3 stands an outdoor bathing tub — you can bathe with us all year round.

In winter you can use the piste with a lift, which is right next to the accommodation in Horní Údolí. Longer hikes in the Jeseníky or swimming in the Polish lakes are just a stone’s throw from the cottage.

Indoor facilities

  • The apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic or induction hob, a built-in fan oven, a microwave and a fridge.
  • In the living room there are a dining table and a coffee table, a wood-burning stove and a sofa bed (can be used as 2 extra beds).
  • The bathroom with WC is heated by underfloor heating and equipped with a shower, a large washbasin and a towel rail.
  • In the attic there is a spacious room with 4 proper beds 90 × 200 cm, a carpet on the floor and walls lined with timber boards.
  • Clean bed linen and towels according to the number of guests, storage space and chests of drawers are a matter of course.
  • 32″ (102 cm) LED television with satellite reception and a Wi-Fi connection.
  • In poor weather you can borrow board and card games from us.

Outdoor facilities

  • The grounds include a car park, a bike store and a ski store for sports equipment — all included in the accommodation price.
  • In the garden you will find a children’s playground, a swing, a slide, a trampoline and a fire pit for roasting or grilling.
  • The new feature is a bathing tub — outdoor bathing all year round, in winter and as a summer refreshment.
  • If you would like to use the bathing tub immediately after arrival, please let us know at least 3 hours in advance.
